The Bass Spot will strive to find you the perfect piece of equipment. We offer a 72 hour approval period that commences as soon as your purchase is delivered. In the event you are not satisfied with your product, you must notify us within that 72 hour period for a Return Authorization Number. When returning a product, you can request an identical replacement item, exchange the product for another product, or request a refund. When procedures are followed, there are no restocking fees. For Canadian and U.S. territories customers, please note that if you request an exchange, we require the original item to be received and processed in our warehouse before shipping a replacement. All returned products must be shipped back at the purchasers expense fully insured for the invoiced amount. For items requiring a refund, once the returned item has been received by The Bass Spot and the item has been verified to be in the same condition as when it was received by the purchaser, we will refund your purchase less any credit card, Paypal, Venmo or other electronic payment fees. There are no returns on used or B stock items.
